The Efficiency Act
Reduce county assembly operational expenditure by 30% and redirect to service delivery
The Open Procurement Act
Make all county tenders, contracts, and awards publicly accessible online
The Citizen Voice System
Implement digital feedback and complaint system for all county services with 48-hour response guarantee
The Performance Contract Act
Introduce performance-based contracts for all county officials with public quarterly reviews
The Town Hall Commitment
Conduct quarterly public town halls in all 17 sub-counties with live streaming
The Ghost Worker Elimination Act
Complete biometric audit of all county employees and eliminate ghost workers
